Default Creates Conflict Calendar

Outlook creates an additional calendar shown as "conflicts" in its
properties. It often lists appointments several times 2 to 10 times. I
delete the calendar and then it reappears after awhile. I do sync my Centro
Palm to it and QSync sync my calendar to the server at work.
