How do I create a custom "show time as" option in Outlook 2003 calendar?
There are only four choices in the existing show time as pull.down menu: free, tentative, busy, and out of the office. I would like to add a 5th option, called 'leader standard work,' and give it a unique color. |

Outlook doesn't support customizing that field.

A little extra information. In that version you could do two things that
are similar to what you want and may suit your needs: 1. Label them (edit your labels) 2. Categorise them (Edit the Master Category).
