Default Booking room as resource

We created normal mailboxes for conference rooms in the company. We are
experiencing a strange problem with one of these conference rooms.

When the users try to book the particular conference room, he/she selects
the conference room as a resource. However, after the meeting request is
sent, the block of time for the meeting does not appear on the conference
room calendar. Other conference rooms does not have this problem.

any ideas?
thanks.

Have you logged into that conference room's mailbox and told it to
automatically accept non-conflicting meeting requests?
