Default Outllok 2007 Calendar

Does Outlook 2007 allow the inviter to send an invitation out as tentative
and then when the invitee accepts, the calendar automatically changes it to
busy status confirming the appointment?

On whose calendar, the inviter's or the invitee's?

I don't think the status assigned by or the acceptance of the event by the
invitee can affect the inviter's calendar, but it would be easy enough to
try. If you have access to OL 2007, try it.

Your feedback will determine if I load it on to my system and use it. I do not have it loaded right now.
