Hi
One of our users has reached his mailbox limit, he has cleaned up his inbox and this is fine, we have checked his mailbox size and this has shown that the calender is where all the data is being taken up, the user has lots of reoccuring appointments and i am wondering if there is any way that outlook can automatically delete the reoccuring appointments in the past, eg when an reoccuring appointment or task has been attended/completed, can this occurence be deleted As going back through manually is not a quick process Outlook 2003 Thanks in advance |
