One of our users have reached their mailbox limit, this is due to the size of his calender, he is a very heavy user of the calender feature and uses a lot of reoccuring appointments, is it possible for past occurence to delete automatically out of his calender after they have been dismissed or complete

As going back through manually is not a quick process

Recurrent events are single items, not multiple ones. Deleting a recurring
event will recover more space than a one-time event only if the recurrence
has exceptions and even then, not much.
