![]() I’m trying to help and office assistance send a meeting invitation on behalf of her Manager to several guests. We've allowed her permissions to open the Manager's Calendar and Contacts folders. Unfortunately she is unable to access his contacts when I go into the guest to be invited What would be the best way to access the Manager's calendar and invite attendees from his Contacts folder. Thanks |

Is she a delegate for the manager? What specific permissions does she have?

Milly,
She is not a delegate yet. We did give her Publishing Editor to his Calendar and Contacts folder, which she is able to open. But when creating a appointment, she cannot see his Contacts. We want to make sure she does not have any additional access to his mailbox other then the Calendar and Contacts, thus the reason for not giving her delegate access yet. Thanks for you help, Jeff "Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: Is she a delegate for the manager? What specific permissions does she have?
