In version 2007, when printing the calendar, I need it to print the complete
subject line for each item scheduled. I was able to do that in version 2003, but am not able in 2007. Can anyone help? |

I've heard Outlook print is broken for a year now and Print Assistant is
broken also since it will not drop the end times. I've spent days of time trying to get a monthly calendar I can use and I can't figure out a calendar that works from your list. Is there a way to use the Outlook 2000 calendar print (on Vista) which actually worked, or more specifically a print function that allows me to print a monthly calendar like I've done for 7 years prior to upgrading to Out07? I tried Windows Calendar, etc. Perhaps I can strart up an old system with 2000 and transfer the calendar as a file.. which is insanity. Desperate for a solution.. Thanks "Diane Poremsky {MVP}" wrote: It won't. Have you tried either of the word templates? they make nice calendars.
You can't have two outlook's installed and Outlook 2000 is not supported on vista. Vista's calendar seems to be at least as bad as outlook at printing - and it lacks a print preview. The end times are only removed when there are too many appointments to show them completely. To drop end times for everything in the CPA, use the uniform option (File,
app settings). If you don't choose it, they scale the text and drop end times only when there are too many appointments. "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote in message ... I check and uncheck the "drop end times" option and nothing changes.
start and end times show on all monthly calendars, never drops end times even when the appointments do not fit. version (12.0.6212.1000) MSO (12.0.61213.1000) I'm on Office SP1, not certain if CPA is at the latest. Windows update says yes. Thanks "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote in message ... To drop end times for everything in the CPA, use the uniform option (File, app settings). Hmmm. It works correctly here and updates in real time - I don't need to
refresh the view or close the App setting dialog to see the changes. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
