I am trying to send a link that will allow my recipient to download a
reminder to their Outlook Calendar. Anyone know how to do this? |

Create the appointment/meeting and save it as an .ics file to the web server where you want people to download it. Then send the link to the website with instructions for how to open the .ics file.
