Default Sending Meeting request that shows up as an attachment

If an outside source sends a meeting request via another Exchange server to
request has an attachment instead of the accept - Deny buttons. It does
work if a pop account sends the request. We are on Small Business Server
2003 with mixed Outlook version 2003 and 2007...Thanks TBC
