We have 50 people on the office staff, with five directors and a managing
director. I have the Microsoft Outlook 2007 calendars arranged alphabetically, but would like to make one modification. I would like the directors at the top because I refer to their calendars most often. The only way I have found is to move each name up one step at a time. Is there an easier way? |
