Default User receives "This request is Out of date" on meeting requests

I have a user who whenever she gets a meeting request from a particular admin
and tries to accept it, gets the message "This request is out-of-date". This
admin is sending on behalf of her boss.

This happens with both new meetings, and updates, and well as recurring
meetings. The meeting dates are definitely not out of date. Both users are
running Outlook 2002.

Please advise

No reason to ask more than once.

I think you'll see a lot of duplicate posts because of the server issues the
last few days.
