Default Alternative to Outlook

I am seeking an alternative to Outlook. We need it to be hosted and
have at least the ability to Mail Merge. Please help with suggestions.

Default Alternative to Outlook

Outlook is a client side application and cannot be "hosted." If you mean
Exchange (server) there are many - try using a good search engine to find
one.
