Hi,
First of all, our office does not have Exchange. I outsource email to an ISP with POP3. I have an Executive Director that wants to "share" the calendar he already has within his Outlook. I don't think it can be shared in our setting - correct? But, his calendar contents is pretty substantial and I thought creating a Publisher calendar, exporting his calendar contents and then placing it in a Shared Folder on the Server might suffice. Any suggestions? Kathy. |

Any suggestions? It could. You might also output it as HTML and serve it up on an internal web server, if you have one. -- Brian Tillman |

Thank you for that information, but can the contents of Outlook Calendar be
"exported" to create a calendar within Publisher? KathyW. "Brian Tillman" wrote: KathyW wrote: First of all, our office does not have Exchange. I outsource email to an ISP with POP3.
