I'm importing a .vcs file of Oracle Calendar data into Outlook 2007. When
importing a new .vcs file the events get duplicated. Office Help says to
choose the option "Do not import duplicates" when importing but no such
option is available. Where is this so far mythical option?

Calendar imports don't have the duplicates option - choosing the ical/vcal
import option uses a different interface, not the standard import interface
which does have the 'do not import duplicates' option.
