Default All day events with mutlipe invitees at different times

Hi all,

I was trying to figure out in the calendar how to create and event(lets say
a conference) that would last say 7am - 9 pm, but at the same time invite
people only to a specific chunk of that event(so like 10-2, I would be there
the whole time but they are only there for 3 hours) AND only showing the
single entry in my calendar(the 7am-9pm one) while showing up in theirs as a
meeting from the 10-2 timeframe?

I appreciate any help you might have.

I had forgotten to mention that this is being done using Outlook 2007.

Darn, it seems like it would be useful to be able to schedule multiple things
into one event but I haven't been able to figure it out either. Thanks for
the response though.

I don't know of anyway to do it with only 1 event in your calendar.
