When our users (Outlook 2007 SP1) forward a reoccuring appointment, the to:
field is populated with all the participants of the meeting instead of blank so you can fill in who you want to forward the meeting to. Other users dont have this issue and the field remains blank. I cannot find a delta in the two groups of users. Some are XP sp2 and some are Vista sp1 or base. All are using Outlook 2007 SP1. One engineer feels it is a setting somewhere, but I cannot find it. Any ideas? Also, some have delegates and some dont. No corrolation. |
