Yeah, just something that tells me its the beginning of Autumn
You know how some calendars (not on computers) will say "Autumn Begins"? that's what I'm looking for to see if Outlook can do something like that. Hoped that helped a little. Unless "autumnal equinox" means, "the beginning of autumn" I'm not sure. I always get confused by that. But my above example is what I'm shootin for. Thanks! -- Take Care, Jordan Montgomery "Brian Tillman [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: "Jordan Montgomery" wrote in message ... Hoped that helped a little. Unless "autumnal equinox" means, "the beginning of autumn" I'm not sure. Yes, the autumnal equinox is the beginning of autumn. The problem is that the equinoxes don't occur on the same day each year, nor do the solstices. For example, Sprint might start on March 20 one year and on the 21st another. On top of that, they occur at a variable time on the days they do occur, like 10:00 local time one year and 2:00 AM another. It all depends on when the sun crosses the equator of the earth or reached the Tropic of Cancer or Capricorn. My approach would be simply to use March 21 as the vernal equinox (start of Spring), June 21 as the summer solstice (start of Summer), September 21 as the autumnal equinox (start of Autumn), and December 21 as the winter solstice (start of Winter). -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

you can import calendars or events that add things like that - outlook
doesn't include it by default. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
