I have a user who is experiencing something very strange. Scenario: It is
Thursday, 9/4/2008 at 4:45 pm. He is sent a meeting invitation for Friday, 9/5/2008, at 10:00 am. He accepts the invitation and the appointment is added to his calendar for Thursday, 9/4/2008 at 5:00. These appointments are added to his calendar at the time it is received, NOT the time it is actually scheduled. We are Exchange 2003, Outlook 2003, SP2. I have looked for a solution and tried a couple of them. Nothing worked. We have run Outlook /cleanview, did scanpst. Double-checked the AV software to be sure it is not scanning Exchange, but are still unable to resolve this. |

Check all the calendar options to make sure alternate time zones or calendars are not in the picture. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
