We print out a daily calendar for our conference room schedules. In Outlook
2003 I could print out the schedule without the appt description (we keep track of the last time appointments were confirmed, who the contact person is for the meeting, etc - info we don't want hanging up with the actual schedule). I can't figure out a way to omit that information while printing in 2007. The only info I can find on hiding details is for private appointments, and these aren't private. Thank you! |
