Default TWO 2007 BUGS

1. When I change the category for a one time daily event it many times
changes the event to a weekly recurring event
2. Editing one event of a recurring event does not allow changing the
category of just that event; the entire recurring series must be changed.
2003 used to allow for this...

1. Are you using a dell? See
http://www.slipstick.com/problems/recurringmeetings.htm

2. No, categories are per item and a recurrence is 1 item that repeats. Are
you 100% sure it worked as you thought in Outlook 2003?

Not true. You cannot edit the category list for a single recurrence in any
version of Outlook.

Yes, using a Dell so I will fix it

Wrong! I was thinking LABELS which color coded single events in a recurring
chain. Why did labels disappear?

Thanks!
