I am in the process of converting the information that I have on my mac
to my window's office machine. I have successfully converted everything
but my calendars. iCal only exports in .ics format. I tried to the
import/export wizard in outlook and came up with an error message:
"vCalendar/iCalendar Import Failed. The input file may be corrupt."
(however, I know that the file isn't currupt). So I then changed the
file extention to the .vcs format and ran the import/export utility and
it came up with the same error message. Now I'm stuck!!! I would love
any suggestions to get the problem solved. I have too much data in the
calendars to manually key in.

Look for:
DTSTART;TZID=America/New_York:20060322T120000
DTEND;TZID=America/New_York:20060322T130000

remove any occurance of
;TZID=America/New_York

so it looks like:
DTSTART:20060322T120000

etc...
