Outlook 2007
how are you sharing it? I open the calendar, went to Share My calendar... (on the right pannel) and then choose one of my colleagues and send it by mail. So now, he is always allowed to read my calendar, and would like to stop this. thanks Damian "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: Version of Outlook? how are you sharing it? -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. right click on the calendar you shared, choose properties and remove his
name from the permissions list. If he is not explicitly listed, you can add his name and set permissions to none. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
