Default Time zone in outlook

When I send a calendar via email from MST time zone to PST time zone it
doesnt change the time to reflect the correct app time. So basically if I
have an app at 9am MST it shows as 8am PST when it should show as 9am. Can
anyone help me with that?

Default Time zone in outlook

you need to export the calendar to excel, change the time zone then import
it - outlook uses GMT and time zone offsets in appointments and adjusts them
as the time zone changes.
