Default Printing the End time in Monthly view - Outlook Office 2003 SP3

This is at work so I am unable to 'download', or 'install', or update....etc.
I am trying to have the end time show when printing a calendar in the
monthly view in Portrait view.

Short of placing the times in the labels, is there a setting which will give
me this option?

No,
the end times do not show in the Monthly view.

They do show & print in the weekly view.

I'd like them to at least print in the Monthly view.
