Sue, you can have people share their calendars (i.g. vacation calendars) and
then consolidate the view using "overlay" mode. You will then have a "master calendar". The only problem is I can't figure out how to print a consolidated calendar...is there any way to do this? In Outlook 2000, can I roll up sub-calendars into a master calendar? Each employee would have a sub-calendar and I would like it if they could roll up into a master calendar. Thank you in advance for your input. Deb |
