Default Making and receiving appointments in Local and Mailbox (Server) ca

I am using a MS Outlook 2k3 at work. If I receive an appointment and I accept
it, it is published to both my Local .pst Calendar as well as the Calender in
my Server mailbox. And all of my appointments go directly to my BlackBerry
(assume because it is using the Server Calendar). Most of my colleages are
not getting thier calenders updated in the same manner, only thier local .pst
is being updated with the appointment, and hence not thier BlackBerry.
Secondary question, I was trying to make an appointment and have it publish
to both calenders (I can drag and drop from one to the other), but I would
like to have it on both, is this possible?

Thanks for your time,
Scott Mitchell
