Why have I got to pay another $30 to make an incomplete product do what I want?
Come on Microsoft, play fair. It's not like Office is cheap to buy... "Brian Tillman [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: "Greyhound1405" wrote in message ... Outlook appears to only show a week or month. You don't need to spend "another $30". You need to look at what you
already installed. Greyhound1405 wrote: Why have I got to pay another $30 to make an incomplete product do what I want? Come on Microsoft, play fair. It's not like Office is cheap to buy... Did you try the Calendar Printing Assistant from Microsoft? That's free. I don't know, however, if it will print an entire year (the print would have to be pretty small to fit on one page), since I have never needed to do that. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

I suggested that option to him 2 weeks ago, and he says he doesn't see the yearly calendar. |

Calendar Printing Assistant (download it from Microsoft) will do that if
you are using 2007. Greyhound1405 wrote: Outlook appears to only show a week or month. I work shifts and want to show my whole year shifts on one sheet. |

Well Idownloaded it and SP1 of it but nowhere does it show a year view. Come
on MICROSOFT, it's either not there or if it is it's not user friendly. Lotus Organizer 8 years ago could do it. Why have I got to go back and load that old program just to print out holidays and shifts on one sheet. GGrrr. Did you actually run "Calendar Printing Assistant" and look at all the
calendar templates? You will find what you are looking for in "Year templates". Greyhound1405 wrote: Well Idownloaded it and SP1 of it but nowhere does it show a year view.
