Our COO has a treo that he also uses to sync to Outlook. His secretary has
recently reported that some of his appointments have moved without any explanation as to why. For example, one birthday moved from May 31st to September 30. This is another example his secretary sent to me: I found some additional VP meetings that have moved from 8:00 to 7:00. I quit when I got to June but the changed meetings have no consistency. Dates a Oct. 20 Dec. 22 Jan. 5 and 26 Feb. 2, 16, and 23 March 2, 23, and 30 April 20 and 27 May 4, 18, and 25 This is a weekly recurring meeting, so as you can see, it's not every week that it changes. We do not understand this problem or how to fix it since it is not consistent. Any ideas? He is using Outlook 2003 with Windows XP. Thanks! |
