![]() Is it possible to let people know which office I'll be in on the day they are booking a meeting with me ? I travel a lot between my two offices which are located in different countries; my travels are not regular/recurrent. Is it possible to have: - either a label / color in my calendar that is seen by other people when they try to book meetings with me (creating a fake meeting doesn't work as the title of that meeting - eg "in Sweden" - can't be displayed for other people to read) - or a rule that replies automatically to all meeting requests by telling them where I will be based on the meeting's date? Thanks a lot for any help you might be able to provide on this -- Melanie |
