Hi we have three Outlook 2007 accounts who are sharing calendars on Office
live. The problem the histories are disappearing after a couple of weeks. We need our histories to stay put indefinitely. How can we accomplish this? I've search the knowledge base but cannot find the solution. |

you are either using Autoarchive or syncing with a PDA type device-either
can remove old appointments. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. yes we are syncing with Blackberry. Is there any way to sync and keep
history? Am I missing something during the sync process? Diane we are syncing all appointments. I can see nearly 300 appts
transferring but, with the exception of a few weeks, we cannot view them on either end. --Baffling.
