We have an user that if he changes the text in the meeting event details and
sends it out to all participants, all looks fine initially. However, after about half an hour, the organizer's calendar shows the old text instead of the new one. All antendees are showing fine still, checked Sent Items and it looked okay (the message that went out to all antendees). What could be the problem? User is running Outlook 2003 SP3, server is Exchange 2007 SP1. Thanks for your help. |

Is your client logged on "concurrently" to their mailbox somewhere else?
I am thinking this is a synch/cache problem. Nikki "Newbie" wrote in message ... No, the user doesn't even use OWA, only the desktop at his desk. I thought
it might be something like that too. "Nikki Peterson" wrote in message ... Is your client logged on "concurrently" to their mailbox somewhere else? I am thinking this is a synch/cache problem. Try checking the OST and synchronization settings to insure that
free/busy is being published at a reasonable amount of time. You may find that the OST is corrupt and you may need to delete it and recreate it. Any delegates? What is the Free/Busy publishing interval? Nikki "MS" wrote in message ... No, the user doesn't even use OWA, only the desktop at his desk. I thought it might be something like that too.
