Default Opening Outlook on laptops

I am wondering how to get my Outlook to open on laptops. I work in an office
with a desktop. The two vets I work for are ambulatory so they use their
laptops. We are trying to find a scheduler for all of us to sync so they can
open a program in the field and it show up on all of the schedulers. I like
outlook so I am trying to get this to work. Thanks!
