Can I sync calendars from 2 different PDAs into my Outlook program so that I
can coordinate my schedule and my business partner's?

Perhaps, what happens when you try. Outlook is purely passive in the

I haven't tried. I'm worried about erasing the (my) default calendar. It

Synching usually works only with the default calendar, so if you are able to synch two PDAs, you'll wind up with exactly the same calendar in Outlook and both PDAs. You will not be able to have separate PDA calendars merged one-way into Outlook. Synching is two-way so both PDAs will wind up with copies of the Outlook calendar. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
