![]() We are currently in the process of migrating from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2007. There seems to be a problem where a mailbox owner is using Outlook 2003 and their secretary is using Outlook 2007. The manager has checked the box fot the delegate to be able to view privvate items, however, they just show up as private appointment. I've seen several postings, but they all refer back to the following: KB 949751 - When trying to install, the package says the update is already there. Further research showed that it was installed with: KB 952142 - I do see this in the updates area in Add/Remove Programs. Unfortunately, the 2007 user still is unable to view the manager's private appointments. If she logs on to a workstation with Outlook 2003, she can see them. Any thoughts? |
