Default How do I stop Otlook 2003 from setting repeat on all apptmts

When I enter a new appointment in Outlook 2003, the program automatically
sets it up to repeat every week. I cannot find a place to stop the automatic
setting.

New Dell computer? Delete their nasty add-in that bugs outlook.
