I'm using Outlook 2003 (although I have Office 2003 and 2007 installed). It
seems that there are times when I click on a recurring appointment to edit it, and do not get prompted as to whether I want to edit just that occurrence vs the entire series. It just opens the entire series and there is no way to modify only one occurrence. On the one I'm struggling with today, there are other attendees and one resource (conference room). This seems to happen off and on and I can't find a pattern as to when it happens. Has anyone else seen this behavior or know what I can do to correct it? |
