Default FreeBusy Operation Question

I am currently working on an issue with free busy information on my Exchange
2003 SP2 server and Outlook 2003 SP2 clinets. When looking up multiple user
"FreeBusy Data" using Outlook takes a very long time. While waiting for that
view to apear I can log into OWA and look up the same users for a meeting and
get that information instantaniously. Once the info is available in outlook
I can do a refresh and it will again take a long time to look up the data.

I understand that OWA uses a different process that Outlook to get the
freebusy data so how can I debut that. The connection info in Outlook seems
ok( no long times or frequent errors)

Thanks!
