Default delegates for more than one calendar

We are on Office 2003 and a user has a separate calendar set up under her
mailbox that is not her primary calendar she wants to share it with other
users to be able to update.

First..Can this be done at all, and how
Second...Can this be done without sharing the primary calendar

We had user go to right click and share and she set up the permissions for
the users, but when they try to view if from their outlook, they can only
find her primary calendar
