When we send out training meeting requests using outlook 2007, we require the
recipients to accept, so the meeting organiser knows how many attendees there will be. Currently when the requests are sent out they automatically sit in peoples calendars as tentative until they accept / decline. What we'd like to do is for them not to appear in recipients calendars unless they accept them. Is this possible? Thanks in Advance Matt |
