How do I delete a private appointment?
I am delegate for several calendars including the conference room. By
accident, I entered a private appointment into the conference room calendar instead of my own. Now it won't let me open the appointment to remove the "private" check or delete it. I asked out AT folks, but they didn't know the answer either. I cannot sign in as "the calendar";only as myself. Any ideas?

How do I delete a private appointment?
You may need to have the IT department open the resource profile
and check the settings to allow you (the delegate) to access Private meetings. This is set via the Delegate settings. Nikki "swalter" wrote in message ...
