Default How do I synchronize my desktop and laptop outlook calenders?

I am trying to figure out a way to synchronize my home desktop and laptop
calenders. I have them networked so I can view shared folders but I can't
figure out how to view my calender that is saved on my desktop from my
laptop. Is subscribing to an exchange the only way to do it? Thanks all for
any help you can offer.

Did you find anything better than what you have already came up with, just
curious.
