I would like to suggest having a pop-up display show my calendar before,
during, and after the proposed meeting time when I hover over the calendar icon in a meeting request. This would eliminate my need to go to my calendar before coming back to accept/reject the meeting request. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes.
