How can I print, so that the weekley calendar shows the location and full
details of the appointment, wiithout cutting off the text?

Outlook 2007:

It will be a separate "sort" of program. It is on the Start menu,
- All Programs, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Tools.
Just lauch this separate application (Open it) and it will work
in conjunction with your Outlook Calendar. (It will find your
Calendar in Outlook by itself).

This confused me a bit when I first installed it. =)
