When scheduling a meeting with a person not all of the appointments appear.
Yet when the person's calendar is opened, all the appointments. The permission is set to Default Reviewer. |

I have the same problem for two users. This is in Outlook 2003 / Exchange
2003. No add-ons, all default settings. |

More info:
I have deleted the user's .OST file and recreated it since they are both laptop users that mostly work remote. In order for them to sync calendar/inbox they have to connect to the business VPN and authenticate on Outlook. After recreating the .OST file I was able to see the user's appointments within 30 minutes. The next day the problem returned and his appointments are no longer appearing.
