Default How do I automatically format free/busy data in Outlook 2003?

Hello,
For my calender items that show up frequently, I do not wish to set the
"show time as" manually on "out-of-office" or "free" (starting from the
default "busy"). Just as for automatic coloring the using a label, I would
like to automatically assign my avialablity for meetings in this way.
Please let me know if it is possible, and how I can do this.
Thanks a lot, it would really help me get organized.
Bye... :-)
