Have you ever actually tested this site out and got a feel for how it works?
It seems not. It's seems buggy, clumsy and poorly designed.

I've just entered a new post but it's not obvious at all were I can find and
view it again. I eventually found a link in the tiny 'edit profile' button
but when I click on this my post is nowhere to be seen in the list.

I've updated my profile twice but the main page says I havent.

Even small-fry websites offer a better user exprerience that this dreadfull
offering from Microsoft.

Do yourself a BIG favour and ditch the horrible web interface. Use a news
reader instead.
