I need to schedule a recurring meeting for every Monday, with the exception
of the second Monday of each month. Is there a way to set it up as recurring, with the exception of the second Monday? |

I think you'll either have to setup a weekly appointment then manually
cancel the ones on the second Monday or setup an appointment on each Monday and say it repeats on the first, third, fourth and, possibly, last Monday of each month. You might get a duplicate on months where the last Monday & the fourth Monday are the same. "UHAAdminAsst" wrote in message ... Thanks, Vince. Those are the only options I could think of as well. i
suppose I could set up a recurring Monday meeting for the first, third and fourth Monday and then set up separate meetings for the months when there are five Mondays. Might I suggest that Microsoft allow an entry for exceptions to recurring meetings and tasks. Thanks, again for answering my post. Thanks, again for answering my post. you can move appointments around (or delete them) to make exceptions but they tend to be buggy and you risk losing data if you make notes for each appointment. Making 4 different appointments is the best option. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: |
