I just switched from an XP desktop to a Vista Home Premium desktop and
installed Office XP on it. I was running Office 2000 on the XP computer. I copied the Outlook 2000 .pst files over and opened them in Outlook 2002. They appear to work Ok except that, when I set up recurring appointments, I cannot open them. The error messages says the items are not valid. I can delete them. Also, I had appointments which did not copy over; they just disappeared. I believe they were all recurring. The new computer has a 60-day free trial of Office 2007 which I have not installed and I cannot find the folders for it in Windows Explorer. What is the solution to fix these corrupt items? Thanks!
