I am about to arrange a work shop for 2500 attendees. Most of these attendees
have microsoft outlook 2003. My question is, how can I use outlook to manage this project? If I can schedule these vents on the calendar and send out invites via the meeting scheduling tool, I still have the headache of managing the responses (accepted, declined etc). Can this tracking data be exported to an excel file? how do i accomplish this? Thanks |
